0.序言 (Preamble)

本许可证旨在保障用户自由共享、修改和使用软件的权利，同时确保软件及其衍生作品始终服务于非商业目的。任何基于本软件的作品必须以相同方式共享，延续自由协作精神。
您运行、复制、修改或分发本软件的行为即表示接受本许可证所有条款。

This license guarantees users the freedom to share, modify, and use the software while ensuring that the software and its derivatives remain dedicated to non-commercial purposes. Any work based on this software must be shared under the same license terms, perpetuating the spirit of libre collaboration.
Your exercise of rights under this license constitutes acceptance of all terms.

1. 定义 (Definitions)

"软件" 指根据本许可证发布的源代码、二进制文件及相关文档。
"衍生作品" 指基于本软件修改、翻译、扩展形成的新作品，或通过静态/动态链接、插件机制等方式与本软件结合形成的整体功能单元。
"非商业目的" 指满足以下条件的使用：
a) 个人非营利性活动
b) 公立或非营利性教育机构的教学活动
c) 非营利性科研机构的学术研究
d) 慈善组织的公益项目
e) 开源社区协作开发
排除情形：任何以直接或间接获取财务收益为目标的使用，包括但不限于：销售、订阅服务、广告支持、商业数据分析、营利性组织内部运营（除研发外）。
"发布" 指向第三方提供副本的行为，包括下载、物理介质分发或网络服务提供。
"您" 指接受本许可证的个人或实体。
"贡献者" 指向软件提交修改并被纳入最终版本的版权或专利权持有者。

"Software" refers to source code, binaries, and documentation released under this license.

"Derivative Work" means new works based on the Software through modification, translation, extension, or combination via static/dynamic linking or plugin mechanisms.

"Non-Commercial Purpose" includes:
> a) Personal non-profit activities
> b) Teaching at public/non-profit educational institutions
> c) Academic research at non-profit institutions
> d) Charitable public-benefit projects
> e) Open source community collaboration
> Excludes: Any use aimed at direct/indirect financial gain, including sale, subscription services, ad-supported use, commercial data analysis, or internal operations of for-profit entities (except R&D).

"Distribute" means providing copies to third parties via download, physical media, or network services.

"You" refers to the individual or entity accepting this license.

"Contributor" means those who submit modifications incorporated into the Software and hold relevant copyright/patent rights.

2. 授予权利 (Grant of Rights)

2.1 您有权免费运行、复制、分发本软件（无论是否修改），仅限于非商业目的。
2.2 您可以修改软件并创建衍生作品，但必须遵守第4条（相同方式共享条款）。
2.3 您可向第三方发布本软件，但必须包含完整的许可证文本与版权声明。

2.1 You may run, copy, and distribute the Software (modified or not) without charge, strictly for Non-Commercial Purposes.
2.2 You may modify the Software and create Derivative Works, subject to Section 4.
2.3 You may distribute copies provided they receive the full license text and copyright notices.

3. 商业使用限制 (Commercial Use Restriction)

3.1 严禁将本软件或衍生作品用于商业目的。商业目的包括但不限于：
a) 作为商业产品或服务的一部分
b) 通过销售、订阅、广告或数据货币化获取收益
c) 营利性组织的生产环境使用
3.2 例外：营利性组织在满足以下条件时可申请书面授权：
a) 仅用于内部研发
b) 不集成至商业产品或服务
c) 研发成果不产生直接收益

3.1 Commercial use of the Software or Derivative Works is prohibited, including: a) Inclusion in commercial products/services b) Revenue generation via sale, subscription, advertising, or data monetization c) Production use by for-profit entities
3.2 Exception: For-profit entities may seek written authorization for:
a) Internal R&D use only
b) Non-integration into commercial offerings
c) No direct revenue generation from R&D output

4.1 衍生作品必须采用SSLA相同版本或星缘工作室发布的后续版本发布。
4.2 双许可机制：当衍生作品包含非SSLA许可代码时：
a) 必须明确区分SSLA覆盖的代码部分
b) SSLA覆盖部分及其修改仍须遵守SSLA所有条款
c) 整体发布需声明："本作品包含受SSLA约束的组件，禁止商业使用"
4.3 您必须在衍生作品中标注：
a) 修改内容及修改日期
b) 原创作者信息
c) "本作品依据SSLA v1.0或后续版本授权"声明

4.1 Derivative Works must be licensed under SSLA same version or later versions published by StarEdge Studio.
4.2 Dual-Licensing: When combining with non-SSLA code:
a) Clearly demarcate SSLA-covered portions
b) SSLA-covered portions remain subject to all SSLA terms
c) Distribution must include: "This work contains components governed by SSLA, commercial use prohibited"
4.3 You must document in Derivative Works:
a) Modifications with dates
b) Original authorship
c) "Licensed under SSLA v1.0 or later" notice

5. 免责声明与责任限制 (Disclaimer & Liability Limitation)

5.1 本软件按"原样"提供，无任何明示或暗示担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权。
5.2 作者与贡献者不对任何间接损害负责，包括数据丢失、利润损失或业务中断。

5.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.
5.2 AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for indirect damages (data loss, lost profits, business interruption).

6. 终止条款 (Termination)

6.1 违反本许可证时，您有7天纠正期。逾期未纠正则权利自动终止。
6.2 终止后您必须销毁所有软件副本，但第三方通过合法途径获得的副本不受影响。

6.1 Upon violation, you have 7 days to cure. Rights terminate automatically if uncured.
6.2 Termination requires destruction of your copies, but properly licensed third-party copies survive.

7. 专利授权 (Patent Grant)

7.1 贡献者授予您全球性、免版税的专利许可，许可范围限于实施软件所包含功能所必需的专利权。
7.2 若您对任何贡献者发起专利诉讼，此授权即时终止。

7.1 Contributors grant a worldwide, royalty-free patent license for patents necessarily infringed by the Software's functionality.
7.2 This grant terminates if you initiate patent litigation against any contributor.

8. 适用法律与管辖权 (Governing Law)

本许可证受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

This license is governed by laws of the People’s Republic of China.

9. 许可演进 (License Evolution)

星缘工作室可发布新版本SSLA。您可选择遵循原始版本或新版本发布衍生作品。

StarEdge Studio may publish new SSLA versions. You may distribute Derivative Works under either the original or new version.
